Appointment Cancellation and Deposit Policy

As a small and independent business we understand that on some occasions you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your appointment so that we have the opportunity to offer this appointment to other customers.

 

To cancel your appointment please call the salon during opening hours or you may be able to cancel your appointment via your online booking link.

 

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or less notice before the appointment time will be charged at 25% of the full service cost.

 

No show appointments - where you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled it - will be charged at 50% of the full service cost.

 

Some services and appointments will require a non-refundable deposit. These may include: wedding party reservations, prom packages and appointments on peak trade days.

 

Your card details are stored securely on our booking system and would be charged automatically if you fail to adhere to any part of our Appointment Cancellation and Deposit Policy.
